James Valente(21: 45:43): When I hit the power button for the stb on the remote it goes to the "Starting up...one moment please" box and pressing it again brings it to the installation screen with the detailed error screen. should i use a button on the box or is one of those screens registered as off?

Currently it's on the blue screen that says "Verizon FiO TV Installation" with sections like RF Check, IP Check, Initialization, Services, etc. If I hit STB power on the remote it goes to a red "Starting up...One Moment Please" screen. Which of the two should it be on while I am waiting?

James Valente(21: 50:45): Remote just switches between those two when i try to power it off
